Almost all service issues can be resolved in 24 hrs.


My motor runs but my chain doesn't move. What do I do?

Chances are that your opener needs to be looked at. Multiple reasons could cause this. Sometimes it is just a gear kit needed. However, there are times when you will need a new opener.


Can you write quotes for insurance purposes? Yes


My door opens but will not close. Is there anything I can do?

Check your photo-eyes. Most of the time there is either an obstructions or something may have caused one of the eyes to twist and mis-align.


Can you replace just one panel?

Of course. Most modern doors are available in whatever section is needed. Wooden doors are more expensive and should be dealt with on a individual basis.


How long will it take to get a new door?

Most standard doors are in stock in the Milwaukee area and can be installed immediately. Custom doors can take up to 2 weeks to get in.


What kind of garage doors do you offer?

We offer garage doors in all colors, styles, materials along with multiple patterns. From carriage house to wood grained, steel or wood and insulated or non-insulated.


Will my old opener work with a new door? 

What about a new opener on an old door?

The biggest factors to decide if a opener will work is the weight of the door vs the horse power of the opener. With most modern doors, there shouldn't be a problem.

My door only opens 4-8 inches. What could be wrong?

Chances are that one of your torsion springs is broke. DO NOT TRY TO FIX THIS YOURSELF! The amount of energy saved in the torsion springs can cause injury if not handled properly.
